To access the site, please use the following:

Username: Employee ID (Please use your exact Employee ID including any leading zeros.)

Fidelity Employees - Log in with your employee number (this is located on your ADP page as position ID) – do not put in the G4L or any leading 0 (zeros). EXAMPLE: Position ID G4L012345 you will only put in 12345 as your ID.

If you need your Employee ID Number, please contact your manager.

Password: The last four digits of your Social Security Number

You will be asked to change your password after your initial login.

Note: If you are using a shared computer or a computer in a public place, like a library or community center, be sure you log out of the Benefits Website when you are done and close all browser windows and tabs. This will keep your information secure.

If you have forgotten your password or are having trouble logging in, please click on the "Forgot Password?" link to reset it.
